The e-Bikelifter developed by by,schulz is designed for bicycles, e-bikes and cargo bikes. The system enables bicycle mechanics to work flexibly and conveniently in the service workshop.
The solid battery-powered design is combined with a solid aluminum lifting column and an internal toothed belt drive. Two foot pedals integrated into the steel base plate allow easy lifting with the foot.
Combined with a sensitive stop system, it enables the mechanic to raise and lower the clamped bike steplessly with a safety function.
The stable base plate is equipped with four adjustable feet for a floor leveling function.
This assembly stand combines many practical features and is the perfect new acquisition for future requirements in the bicycle service sector.
With the latest development – the Cargo Plus Clamp – cargo bikes can now also be lifted easily and safely.
Manufactured in Germany from sturdy aluminum profiles, the bracket can be used universally and can be adapted to different frame shapes without tools.

FEATURES
Foot switch
Two foot pedals integrated into the steel floor plate allow easy lift operation by foot. Combined with a sensitive stop system, this enables the mechanic to raise and lower the clamped bike continuously. The stable base plate is also equipped with four adjustable feet for a floor leveling function.
Transport rollers
The entire e-Bikelifter can be easily moved by one person using the high-quality transport rollers on the rear-mounted handles of the lifting column. The built-in rechargeable batteries enable an autonomous power supply and therefore flexible and mains-independent operation in the workshop, showroom or during events.
Base mounting plate
The universal clamp arm mount of the base mounting plate with an inner diameter of 50 mm allows the use of many different commercially available clamp arms, e.g. from VAR, Feedback Sports, Park-Tool and others.
Handles
The e-Bikelifter can be easily gripped and moved using two handles mounted on the back of the lifting column.
Sliding blocks
The vertical longitudinal grooves on both sides of the lifting column allow optional shelves and holders to be attached at the desired height using sliding blocks. Two sliding blocks with an M6 thread are included in the scope of delivery for each slot. A practical solution for adapting the workstation to your own conditions.

ACCESSORIES
The latest development in the e-Bikelifter product family. Firmly bolted to the assembly stand, it enables bicycles, especially cargo bikes, to be lifted easily and safely. A laterally rotating and height-adjustable swivel arm prevents tipping with heavy weights of up to 60 kg.
Feedback Sports Pro Elite Commercial
Can be swiveled through 360° and is suitable for clamping pipes with diameters from 19 to 48 mm. It is easy to operate thanks to a quick ratchet lock with an adjusting screw for fine adjustment of the clamping force and a convenient one-button release.
VAR PR-72000
The oversized clamp can be quickly adapted to any frame tube up to 80 mm. Thanks to the rubber clamp covers, it has excellent frame clamping. The micro-adjustable clamping pressure prevents damage to thin-walled tubes.
Aluminum profile holder with magnetic shell
The magnetic tray is protected against accidental drops by a magnetic strip attached to the holder. Screws and other small parts can be collected and stored in the tray.
Clipboard A4 / clip clamp
The magnetic clipboard can be conveniently attached to many positions on the e-bike lift. This means that service orders and notes are always visible.
Magnetic hook
The magnetic hook is guaranteed to always point in the desired direction. The solidly manufactured magnetic hook can be rotated freely all round, making alignment easier.
Sliding block
By placing sliding blocks in the longitudinal groove of the e-bike lift, you have the option of attaching attachments and accessories and adjusting their height individually.
