E-BIKELIFTER CARGO PLUS CLAMP

Attach cargo bikes securely and stably to the individual mounting stand for easy and efficient maintenance

The Cargo plus Clamp from by,schulz is the smart solution for the mobile
e-bike lifter. Firmly bolted to the mounting stand, it enables the simple and safe lifting of almost all bikes, but especially cargo bikes. Manufactured in Germany from sturdy aluminum profiles, the holder can be universally adjusted for different frame shapes without tools.
A laterally rotating and height-adjustable swivel arm prevents tipping with heavy weights of up to 60 kg. This also makes it possible to service long cargo bikes. In combination with the e-bike lifter, the Cargo plus Clamp enables bicycle workshops to meet the increased requirements in the area of maintenance and service.

USE OF THE CARGO PLUS CLAMP

1. EXTEND SIDE ARM

First, loosen the operating lever of the side arm at the rear to optimize the alignment of the side arm depending on the wheel’s centre of gravity.

2. HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT SWIVEL ARM

By loosening the two operating levers on the back, you can adjust the height of the swivel arm using the handle.

By turning the damper support, you can loosen it and move it to the desired position along the groove. Then tighten it again.

You can set the exact height of the clamp required on the e-Bike lift using the foot pedals. The foot pedals must be used with care due to the safety stop.
